This policy covers the energy-data service on this site (Green Button Connect).
What we collect
- Your e-mail address, to sign you in.
- The utility data you authorize on your utility's website: energy usage, billing summaries, and account, service-address and meter details.
How it is used
Only to produce energy reports for you. It is not sold, not shared with anyone else, and not used for any other QCap Management business.
Where it is kept
On systems controlled by QCap Management. The credentials that give access to your utility data are stored encrypted.
Ending access
You can revoke access at any time on your utility's website (Con Edison or Orange & Rockland) or by e-mailing gbc@qcapmgt.com. When access ends we stop collecting and delete the utility data we hold for you.
